Hank was raised Outfitting with his parents Brett and Teresa Ready in the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness. His family has been running Ready Outfitters for 20 years and passed the business down to him 4 years ago. He thrives in this business hunting, fishing, and training all the stock. This is what he lives for and nobody knows this county better then him. Hanks knowledge of the back-country will keep you safe and let you enjoy what you are doing. He is a natural teacher and leader and we are all lucky to be working besides him. When he is not outfitting he is in the arena training horses, team roping, horn hunting or training pups.
Anna is a born and raised Montanan. She grew up fishing, hunting, and playing sports. She has always loved nature and the outdoors and loves to share it with all our guests. She will either be in the cook tent or our in the field guiding hunters. She works hard to keep things rolling but wouldn't trade it for anything else in the world.
Chad Marquardt is a true Montana man. He comes from a ranch family and grew up riding horses and taking care of cows. He has been hunting, fishing, ranching and rodeoing his whole life. He is a top hand as well as a master tracker. We are lucky to have him on our team and know you will have an experience you will never forget having him as your guide.
Conner Hagel is a one of a kind. He has been hunting, fishing and guiding his whole life. His fun spirit is intoxicating and you will enjoy having him around. He hunts hard and truly enjoys getting his hunters the on an animal. He will push you to your full ability while still enjoying the hunt. Conner is a true mountain man and has a passion for the outdoors.
In the winters you can find Conner making skin tracks to the top of the mountains to back-country ski with his dog Nona, chasing mountain lions or hitting the lakes hard for salmon ice fishing.
Chris Preble has been guiding for us for three years and has proven to be a great asset time and time again. Aside from being a great hunter/packer and avid outdoors-man he is one of the handiest men I know as a skilled mechanic, welder, and carpenter. With his wit and intelligence he could do anything but chooses to be in the woods guiding hunts and enjoying life with us.
There is never a dull moment around Chris and his hunters become friends.
In the off season Chris can be found working hard like always; building fence, welding, or enjoying the sunshine in Arizona.
