Fall 2026 - Idaho
I had an awesome experience hunting with Ready Outfitters. Hank and chad worked hard to put us on a bear. I ended up taking 1 bear over bait, the second was taken during a spot and stalk hike through some beautiful meadows. They made every effort possible to ensure no opportunities were missed and were always up for putting in the work it took to make the hunt a success. The accommodations were great, and the food was amazing. They know the area, put in the work, and genuinely care about making sure their hunters have a great experience. The hunting was excellent, the communication was great, and the entire trip was one I won’t forget.
Fall 2026 - Minnesota
I’ve been bear hunting twice now with Ready Outfitters. Hank and Anna truly run a world class operation. They are very knowledgeable and I’ve never seen people work harder than they do. Both bear hunts were very successful. All of their other guides I’ve been with work just as hard as they do. The meals that Anna puts together while in the backcountry are very delicious as well. As an added bonus, their horses are second to none. They are very well trained and easy to ride. I am planning on hunting with them again.
Fall 2022 - Vancouver Wa
100% a real western experience. Hank and Anna run a 1st class operation. Spent a week chasing Chris around the mountains. Did my part on a little predator control. All ready booked for 2023. Can't wait to get back out their with their crew.
Elk Hunt 2020 - San Francisco, California
I have gone on five guided elk hunts with other outfitters in different states and this was by far the best elk hunting experience of my life. Hank, Anna, Chad and Connor were outstanding in every regard and worked tirelessly to provide the best possible hunting experience. My son and I both got nice bulls that responded to Chad’s bull and cow calls. Anna did a fabulous job as our camp chef. The Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness is rugged and beautiful country, not for the fainthearted but perfect for the hunter seeking a great wilderness backcountry hunting adventure.
Fall 2020 - Kansas City, Missouri
MUST DO TRIP! Some of the most pristine and historical wilderness in the lower 48! Tons of game, everything from Elk and Mule Deer to Bears and Moose. Some of the most knowledgeable and well seasoned guides I've been around that are as accommodating as you want! Be sure to pack along a trout rod, you can catch cutthroats until your arms give out. It truly is a western adventure.
Fall 2019 - San diego
Awesome hunt with Hank and Anna of Ready Outfitters. If you want a true back-country horse back adventure this place is incredible. Hank and all his guides are great, camps are comfortable, great food, I gained a few pounds even after chasing Hank up and down endless mountains, he's a damm mountain goat! Will definitely be back again.
Spring 2019 - Bluffdale, Utah
Had an amazing hunt with my father and brother. We ended up getting 4 bears between the three of us. Including my beautiful P&Y chocolate color phase bear. These guys work extremely hard to keep bears on baits and hunters happy. Hank and Anna are down to earth good people that are always excited and confident in getting it done. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Great experience and service.
Fall 2018 - Salem, Oregon
I thoroughly enjoyed my elk hunt with Ready Outfitters. There is nothing like pursuing bull elk during the rut. Hank is the most dedicated, hard working outfitter I have ever worked with and Anna adds a woman's touch. She is a wonderful hostess. The camp(s) are comfortable,have everything you need and are in the heart of elk country. The guides were terrific - knowledgeable, helpful and best of all - down right "good guys".BTW-the trout fishing is great. The area is spectacular and traveling by horseback makes it much easier to get where the elk are. I hope to spend another fall with Hank & Anna sometime in the future. Stan McClain

I would highly recommend Ready Outfitters to anybody! My entire experience was outstanding, from the staff, the food, and the hunt. These guys really know their stuff, I was comfortable with everyone I was paired with. Hank and Anna are truly great people and provide a great service, they care about their hunters and wildlife management! My father and I both saw bear on our trip, and I was able to bag a nice boar, we did some fly fishing and hiked some amazing country. We will definitely be booking with them again.
